STEP 4: Customize Cleaning

We ALWAYS recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first visit in order to get your home prepared for ongoing maintenance.

Deep Cleaning adds on extra time and additional checklist items, including outside of cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, and extra time for the tub/shower(s)

Move in/Move out cleanings include full deep cleaning of residence, as well as inside cabinets Fridge, Oven & drawers. Home needs to be empty of furniture and trash

**We do NOT provide Post Construction Cleanings**
Chelmsford Maids does have the right to alter add ons and adjust the booking if necessary ; but will give an understanding of reason, if changes will be made.

By clicking the Book Now button you are agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The estimated cleaning duration is based on one cleaner. If additional cleaners are present or necessary, the time will be reduced accordingly. For example, two cleaners will complete the job in half the estimated time. If the scope of work exceeds what’s included in the flat rate, your cleaner may propose a revised price.
